Shipping Information

Orders for "physical" products will be shipped within 2 business days from our distribution center in Orange County, CA. There are two shipment choices when shipping your order to a US address – USPS and UPS 2nd Day Air. Shipping charges are based on the merchandise value. The following rates apply to orders shipped to US addresses only. 

USPS:
1-5 business days from the time your order is shipped.

• Up to $24.99.......S&H $2.00
• $25-$74.99..........S&H $4.00
• $75 or More........S&H $6.50

UPS 2nd Day Air:
2 Business days from the time your order is shipped.

• Up to $24.99.......S&H $8.00
• $25-$74.99..........S&H $11.00
• $75 or More........S&H $14.00

Shipments Outside the United States:
Shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS according to the following rate schedule. There is no express shipping to Canadian addresses at this time:

• Up to $24.99.......S&H $5.90
• $25-$74.99..........S&H $7.90
• $75 or More........S&H $11.90

We also currently accept online orders from Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. All international orders are shipped via the USPS. There is no international express shipping available. Shipping charges for those orders are as follows:

• Up to $24.99.......S&H $15.00
• $25-$74.99..........S&H $25.00
• $75 or More........S&H $35.00

Returns Information:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are having problems with your purchase we will be happy to grant a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. If you are having technical problems, we recommend that you email us at misswords@beyondyourwords.com
